Documentation to a functionblock

mholsink Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, i'm currently working with an S7 -1500 PLC and created an program to communicate with an PC. And i'm trying to add some sort of documentation to the functionblocks that i've created. Is there any sort of function in tia portal to add documentation too those created blocks? deben Posts: 23 Rating: (2)	i found the following link: Providing_user-defined_documentation_enUS.pdf if i understood it you can create your own documentation with several editors (like xml, pdf, txt,...). Then you need to name it with the "name rules" in the document so the function block matches to this documentation. After this it should be possible to open the docu with shift+f1 (ive never tried it before maybe you can tell us if it works). Hopefully it works greetings, deben
