Does anyone know how, or if, I can use an unused output to run a live tool?

Okay, that might be more than one question... ============================================ you should have knowlege of S5, and PC with setp5 sw. also you can check 805 manuals for NC/PLC interface signals. I think decode M function is in FW xxx area. for un-used output, you upload PLC program to PC(PG),using X-REF. function, all in/ouy/flags map will show you.(used and unused) get above metioned HW and SW+manuals,and try to make it.
