e.g. Alarming of S7-1500 is not different of other S7 CPU. In this line, there are TIPs/sample program at /tf/WW/en/Posts/60991

What's more?
1 - For Optimised DB (i.e. withtout absolute address), there is no "inversion" of the bits on the word.
2 - S7-1500 has the possibility to use program alarmes (block name Program_Alarm), where the S7-1500 user program "send" alarms to HMI. I'm intend to make a sample program to it, but it will take a little bit more time.

I'm using Optimised DB with a S7-1500 CPU and I need programing Bit Alarms in the HMI, but  I can't do it. I don't know what is the "Trigger variable" . Can you help me?

if the "Trigger variable" ist true the alarm will be triggert.

The trigger variabel is a word variable. You can either set it Bit wise if you are using slice access.  See: How in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) do you access the unstructured data types bit-by-bit, byte-by-byte or word-by-word and symbolically? 

Or you can use overlaying with the AT keyword. See: How do you program the overlaying of tags with the keyword "AT" in the STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?
