Don’t understand the STL instructions

Hello, can anybody help me with some STL program lines.

this is part of an alarm list but I don’t understand the STL instructions

Your code is only the CALL to a function whereby it gives extra parameters (as IN/ OUT or INOUT parameters). 

The real program is insite the programblock 

Can you explain line by line?

What is happening with these parameters is not listed here. Therefore you need to look in FB57 (if it is not marked as read only)
