                 How to communicate siemens PLC(S7315-2 PN/DP) with dot net, i want to use OPC DA for communication. Is their any possibility please let me know.

Please look at this very interesting article, not specifically on Siemens PLCs, but more generaslly interested in PLC communications over C# and .Net of Visual Basic.Net.

It does mention librariues for S7, such as LibnoDave and Snap7 that could be a good start for your applcations.

Also you can have a look at solution being provided by Kepware. Its fairly easy to configure the required tags in it but has some $$ associated with it.

                                     I already tried libnodave and i succeeded to communicate siemens plc which is having ethernet. In libnodave they are using one dll file for communicating with PLC. but they are not installing any server.

I read this thread OPC DA Automation, as they discussing about SOPCDaAuto.dll.  

Is their any dll present in siemens to communicate with siemens plcs just like libnodave ?  or SOPCDaAuto.dll is useful to me. if it useful please provide the dll manual if available.
