Downgrade a PLC S7 1200 1214C using TIA Portal: "The firmware cannot be transferred. "

I am trying to downgrade a PLC S7 1200 1214C using TIA Portal, but the "The firmware cannot be transferred. " shows the current version as v4.5.1. I need a version below 4.4. Can anyone support me in determining if downgrading is possible? If yes, please guide me on how to perform the PLC downgrade. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, no, its not possible. For the S7-1200, there was a new hardware revision in between these firmware versions. How do you load a project into an S7-1200 CPU if its firmware version cannot be selected in the hardware catalog of STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?regards sancruz |
