yatzu Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	System: PCS7 v.6.1 and WinCC 6.0. Although I have downloaded the entire project to both Master and stand by servers the simatic manager will not alowed me to download changes-only. i get the message that master is not activated. Any idea what is wrong.

Silent Bob Posts: 836 Rating: (100)	Hi, I had an simmilar issue some weeks ago. The prolem was kind of weird. We had two IP addresses on the network card of the ES. The card for the terminal bus had one additional IP from the network of the plant bus (don't ask why, it made absolutely no sence). Once we removed the obsoleteIP, the delta loading was working.

yatzu Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi Bob. ya, they are running. I saw something strange. In simatic shell in settings I see that net card has two IP addresses like in your case. But only in simatic shell. How do I remove the plant bus adress address?. The plant bus is running over CP1613. regards Jacek

Silent Bob Posts: 836 Rating: (100)	Hi, SIMATIC Shell also brought the hint in my case, because it did show a plant bus IP which was not supposed to be assigned to this card. To add / remove more than one IP to a network card open the property dialog of it (in windows). Now select IP protocol version 4 and open the properties. At the bottom of the dialog, just above the OK / Cancel button, has to be a button named "Advanced...". Klick it and you will see a list with all IPs assigned to this adapter. Remove all but the one you whish to have. It would be great when you share if this was your problem.
