Hello

I have been having issues with firmware download on first download of the HMI. Basically, i have a TIA 15.1 program, that i need to download to a confort panel. I have had this issue that i can not resolve for a while now, and usually I would just use my coworkers PC which does not have this issue, which means there might be something wrong/missing in my instalation? 

My HMI has image version 15.00.00.00_25.01

I have downloaded and ran the Legacy panel images (assuming image 15.00.xx is legacy for TIA 15.1?) but I always get this issue back.

Is there perheaps something else i might be missing? I have not been working with Siemens for a long time, but I only have issues with this first download on HMI, so I would really aprechiate this help (I have read many other forum posts about this, but nothing seems to help).

I tryed changing the version of HMI to 15.1, but same thing happens.

As far as isntall options go, I do not understand fully what you mean. Where do i check which install options I have activated? If this means which instalations i checked, when running the instalation itself, it has been a while, and I would not remember. I can try and re-run the whole instalation. Could you just provide me what to actually reinstall. Here are all the 15.1 files i have:

I noticed that my transfer folder does not contain "images" folder (comparing with another PC that has working TIA when it comes to this issue).

Just to be sure, i am overwriting in folder that is for TIA portal V15.1:

C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V15_1\Data\Hmi\Transfer

And i am overwriting the folder 15.0, that coresponds to the image version:

C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V15_1\Data\Hmi\Transfer\15.0

I am not sure if this is due to the new images or not (i think it is maybe due to me trying to download to panel with version 15.1 selected before, when trying things out?), but I now get the following error:

The current version of panel in the project is set to 15.0.0.0 just like on the panel it self.

I will try to download images 15.0 update 4 aswell and re-overwrite the folder.

After downloading update 4 for version 15 and overwriting the folder, it downloaded the firmware.
