Hello, i have a isues

I used TIA V13 and HMI KTP400 Basic color PN version image:V11.00.02.05_01.03

In Tia V13, i choose Version 11.0.2.2 for KTP400 because on TIA v13 have version v12.0.0.0 & v11.0.2.2 .I can't download program from Tia to Hmi.

I checked  IP Adress  Programming Computer &  IP at the Panels control Panel is OK..Help !!!

Om the panels Transfer settings you can choose either Profinet (PN/IE) or Ethernet as transfer protocol.

Make sure it is set to the same that you select in the download dialog in TIA.

On the panel ,i can't choose PN/IE.it just ethernet.

I checked ping and it good. But i still can not fix that.

Stupid question: have you compiled the project without error?

If you have a "PN" panel, then you have a Profinet setting in the panel under the transfer settings.

In the settings list just scroll up and select the Profinet and click OK.

Now try to transfer from TIA again using the Profinet type.

 Please check your PG/PC interface setting. Also post some photos of the settings when you transfer program. That will help to identify your problem.

I have the same problem.When I complie before download there is no errors so I downloaded to hmi but cannot establish connection occurs. I change the device version and compile again there is errors 1.I only test Start/ Stop and Motor.When I ping PC and HMI, it is ok and also can flash HMI screen. At the end, I reset factory settings but there is still error and cannot fownload.Who can hlep me? Thanks!
