Hi I am using TIA 17 and WinCC advanced. I am trying to download a program to KTP700 PN basic panel version 17.0.0.0 but I get this error:

Download has failed due to missing panel image. Please install the missing panel images. Refer to documentation.,6/1/2023,2:34:05 PM

I searched and tried these methods but could not succeed. I've checked this location and it does have KTP700 image in the folder

C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V17\Data\Hmi\Transfer\17.0\Images

I've also tried to download this dvd 3/4 . I uninstalled what I had before and re installed it instead. 

None of this methods work. I can change the device version to 16.0.0.0 and download that but then PLC and HMI does not communicate. This might be another problem. I can not receive anything from hmi to plc. I am using  s7-1512 SP F-1 V2.9

What sould I do next?

• Why is it not possible to establish a connection to a CPU with firmware version 2.9/4.5 from an HMI panel (Basic, Comfort or Unified) or WinCC Runtime Advanced V17 or lower?

  .. to get latest firmware versions

I've managed to solve it by downgrading to 2.8 and HMI to v16.0.0.0. But still I can not download a project with 17.0.0.0 version :/

 Thank you first I didnt see the first link. I'd probably solve my problem.
