I want to download program to op7 dp.

I have PG with serial port and protool software installed on it. 

I made the communication cable as in the attached photo. 

I tried to download the program but it gives no communication.

What could be the problem.

Press and hold the keys 'ESC' and 'Cursor Up' while turning on the power supply of the panel.

I have already done all of these setting, also the op7 is on transfer mode and it displays "Ready for transfer". And still there is communication.

For the same setting I tried to connect via prosave and I have the attached photo.

It gives com2 not available. Com2 is the used port for communication.

So what could be the problem?

What other options does the COM list give? You should look from Device Manager to see what COM ports are active.

 From device manager this is the only available com port
