Hii ,

I have in trouble with to download the prog+config of HMI. After preparing some pages and configurations, i decided to download what i prepared. to HMI. Also I adjusted HMI IP as same as at my configurations.My TI portal WinCC professional V13 SP1 UD9 started to download my program and also asked to update the firmware of HMI. I accepted.

But HMI is working well communicate with 1215C cpu. fine. 

I smiled a bit because some part of my project works as i wanted. But HMI do not accept ant further my program. I find it at online access tree. but when i attempt to download or reset to factory, at the end of working it gives an error. It is impossible to any new program to HMI. 

I can pink it and get response from HMI. 

My pc's os: windows 7 professional 64bit SP1

My portal is V13 SP1 WinCC prof update9

HMI is KTP 1200basic FS:07, prod date 09.2016, V-H9A87752

I done 20 similar configuration with same components 1215C+KTP1200 or KTP700. I do not had a similar problem up to now. But I stucked now. why it give me an error at the end of downloading process. I attached an screen shot to tell you all at of info.

Note: i can change ip address wit my portal but can not factory reset. I do not remember how I done to factory reset but still i can not download my config to HMI.

I thing it happen after HMI firmware upgrating. 

Can you help me asap please?

hii friends

i decided to download an empty project when i wake up tat his snowy morning to test what is going on.

I connected only HMI to my pc now and at my previous tests. I got same problem. I just modify ip address at my config file only.

Also there is a strange thing there are two accessible device to be online even my pc connected to only one HMI.

I attached all tree online info about that devices. Maybe i need to modify something at the hmi side.

I become online with HMI and can not reset it?

did you check your transfer settings?  

Did you press the button "Transfer" in the Start Center of the RT-System?

I tried two ways.

first: by selection of HMI at the left tree and download option just after compile option with right click.

second:by selection HMI as before and use an arrow icon directed to down direction near to sumulation & runtime icon at top menu.

Also i tried to factory reset with prosave. it says unable to make a connection with panel. Even i can ping it at command screen.

it did not solve my problem.
