Hello.... What is the system software version used? you can see it on CCU card front side(Sticker)....in your case system software is inside the CCU card there is no need for PCMCIA it will only requried is your upgrading / replacing with an new card only.... Have you tried clearing the NC and PLC and checked? once if your NC and PLC is cleared properly you find green LED indicated. clearing procedure steps attached /tf/WW/en/Posts/45967#top What is the baud rate are you using on the control and on the laptop it should be same....if there is any differnce you find this error normally...if this error continous you can try keeping lesser baudrate and check. Also Check the RS232 cable. Hope this information will be useful to you,,,, Regards, Ekalavya |

====================== Hi, friend, i don't know what is 810DE-L-CPU. but if it is SINUMERIK 810DE CCU, then i have idea to help you, 1st of all it is good thing you have backup all NCK/PLC. you pic is not clean, however you should try to reset NCK/PLC then do the following step (after genaral reset NCK/PLC you will have "6" and +5V led PR led and SF led lit.) 1) didsconnect TPxxx, connect PC/PG forllowing Ekalavya post you the link start HIM software, if you can get communication PC<-->810D CCU, the CP led (yellow) will flash. select "START UP" to input password "SUNRISE" 2) SELECT "services" then insert your disk with *.arc back up into PC/PG disk drive. then download from disk, after you done. you can connect TBxxx, and try to run you m/c, good luck. |
