Download program to a new plc different model same platform aborted

chuyin Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I am trying to download a program to a new plc model is different and it detects the hardware difference and abort it. What should I do? Thanks S7-1200

What should I do? Thanks S7-1200 Change your project Plc to match your hardware. Compile and rebuild /download all.

chuyin Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	i tried but when selsctthe new plc it doesn't appear on the tree under plc type this is what i have old one 6ES 214-1HE30-0XB0 changing to 6ES214-1HG31-0XB0 should i update my TIA Portal V10.5

Current release is version 13.

They can get you the right answers. However if you go online to the Siemens mall you should be able to purchase a license key and download the trial version of v13 from this support site (use the search box up there in upper right).
