download&upload mmc 103 program with laptop

I try with simodrive 611d software for download and upload. please help us. regards shams

This software is not free...you need to purchase it....from your regional Siemens Office How are you communicating with 611D? i think you communicating on NCU/CCU if am right.... What is exact problem your getting on the machine could you explain in detail? Revert back... Regards, Ekalavya

shams mehdi Advanced Member Joined: 11/3/2010 Last visit: 9/7/2022 Posts: 45 Rating: (1)	hello dear Ekalavya Isaw the attachment document but my problemwasnot remady. i tell you my problem in details again. we have the machine with 810d controller and mmc103. this machine workin good condition butseveral of alphabet keys in mmc module doesnot work correctlly, so i desided to chaneged the mmc module, and i take a backup of mmc program with the software that shown you and then i changed it. when i install the new mmc module i upload the mmc program with this software but a problem occured. some of the alarms wasnot showed in mmc monitor, sowhen the machine has a alarm we can`t understand whatis the alarm machine has.

Need some more calrification..... butseveral of alphabet keys in mmc module doesnot work===> what type of MMC are your using mmc100.2 / MMC103. if alphabetickeys are not functioninghave tried to replace the Operator panel(OP) and checked? are you replacing with same MMC unit are with different one..... Kindly note MMC unit what your replacing should be same.... Could provide the NCU/CCU system software version- HMI/MMC version? When you are replacing with another MMC unit normally the address will be different thats why i have posted on attachment in my previous thread... After replacing the NCU/MMC, Communications can no longer be established between the MMC and NCU. One of the possible cause is that the MPI address setting in the MMC differs from the MPI address setting in the NCU. Hope this will helps you.... Regards, Ekalavya
