DP/AS-i Link 20E is turn-off alone

I have a big problem in my network, I'm using a DP/AS-i Lin 20E and it's turn-off automatically and I need disconect the power cable and return again for my network is up again. Arunakat1 Posts: 217 Rating: (52)	Hello, It is little bit unclear for me “turn off automatically” means is it power or? And which DP/Asi link you are using? Check your ASI power supply weather it is overloading.Also check your diagnostic buffer and what it says. Give me some more information about your problem, what exactly happens. Best regards.

Valli Posts: 262 Rating: (45)	Dear Firend, Please understand system diagnosis can only be carried out when AS-interface is integrated in an automation system with a joint database. DP/ AS-i link advance has user friendly display for Fault list for AS-i Line etc. You can use AS-I Analyzer; an external diagonstic & test Unit, it gives you complete diagnosis for for system.( like it could be internal EEPROm error, periphery fault, if it is configuration mode etc). Please refer the attched doument for the same. Moroever, it is recommended to download system Manaul of this site. MLFB of System Manual is 3RK27033BB021AA1.
