DP/PA coupler FDC 157-0, no values on Scada

Hi Boss,
I need your expertise regarding DP/PA coupler FDC 157-0.

Scenario:
Lightning Strikes the Plant (all PA monitoring devices are down) and we found out that DP/PA coupler FDC 157-0 has only "ON" LED indication lit. While other such as ACT, PA, DP, SF, BF have no indication. We measure the voltage on module terminal P- P+ and we got 32 volts output. Then we measure the field instruments and these also have 32 volts supply voltage.

Question: why can't we see the values on scada?
