MR. EXPERTS, 'M TRYING TO COMMUNICATE TWO CPUs ET200, TRYING TO READ SOME BYTES. BUT IS OCCURRING ERROR 16 # 80B1. I checked the SETTING SEVERAL TIMES AND NOT MEETING THE ERROR. FOLLOW SOME IMAGES. THANK YOU!
