Hi! Use the function DPWR_DAT to record from the DB to the device by PROFIBUS DP.

Why can not I change the value in the DB? I write it, and do not read it?

The whole concept of "DPWR_DAT" ,or in our classic-STEP 7 terminology known as SFC15, is easy.Your program performs 8 WORDs data transfer from one PROFIBUS partner (Master/Slave) to another one.You only declare the address that contains the data.In rest of your program, you can access 8 WORDs memories stored in DB3 and starting from DB3.DBW0 to DB3.DBW14.For test purposes in a test set-up , try to change the content of memtioned addresses via watch tables.
