I tried with the Microsoft Date Time Picker Control (you can add it to my controls) ActiveX.

It worked, you can read out the selected Time And Date with a Script.

       I add microsoft date and time to My control and register it by CMD regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mscomct2.ocx  it succeed to register. when i drag and drop date and time picker the info show error as attached picture.
