Drive Cliq Errors

KingDoug Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am experiencing frequent system shutdown errors on my 5 axis D435 system. Scout shows me that the issue is drive cliq related. The machine is at a remote site and I am only able to monitor remotely. I have been told that this could be interference related or it could be a motor module going bad and populating the network with senseless data. Are there any tools available that could help me to properly diagnose this problem? If there is bad information on the drive cliq, is there a sniffer tool to help us to determine its origin? Interference could be an issue as there are times of the day when the errors are more frequent. Siemens drive cliq cables are installed. Are there cables available with better shielding? Thanks for your expertise!
