GOWDA Posts: 112 Rating: (2)	DEAR ALL IN THE DRVE WHEN I GIV FORWARD COMMAND DRIVE IS GETING REVERSE FOR FEW SECOND IN RVERSE DUE TO LOAD AND IT IS MOVING AT FORWARD (BUT I CANT READUCE THE LOAD ) GIVE ANY SOLUTIONS FOR MAINTAIN MOTOR AS FORWARD AVOIDING REVER DRIVE USED SINAMICS G120 -240E-DP

Ashutosh Kr Bronze Member Joined: 3/15/2011 Last visit: 1/7/2025 Posts: 134 Rating: (9)	Plese provide the setpoint source through which you are entring setpoint,moniter the frequecy during start up of the motor Check the minimum frquency in p1080 if ok, then Inhit negive direction of rotation via p1110=1.if problem you have a brake motor try using the braking initially.if not you can go for Braking option in Drive.

GOWDA Posts: 112 Rating: (2)	dear all, generally my appalication is an crane appalication when iam lifting the object up side it is moving towds down due to load and it is lifting up but no problem in operation when the starting the motor should be in for i have an mechenical brake also it will operate paralley to the drive operation
