Dear all, We are using sinamics S120 drive with SMC30, motor is running with incremental encoder. application is roller system, we got problem on roll, roll was got jammed, drive did not tripped at any fault. speed reference has been given to drive & drive output current was taking 150% of motor rated current. the difference between actual speed & reference speed was more than 50 rpm for 1mintue still drive didnt tripped, due to of this we are facing production loss. right now load side problem has been solved but we dont know why drive didnt trip, guide me to solve this. Hello, you can use the speed signal monitoring function to trigger a reaction by connecting the corresponding speed deviation bit to an error bit e.g. external fault. |

Parameter P492 value is 40rpm. Why this was not effective when speed difference more than 40 rpm. ...sent from App |
