I'm using TIA WinCC Advanced V14 SP1 Update 7 and I'm working on a faceplate for a TP700 comfort panel.

By a script  I want to fill the IO fields with text that I read out of a text file. The reading from the text file works but I'm struggeling with filling the IO fields.

In the picture attached is a simplified version to explane the problem:

- I created 3 tags inside my faceplate as wstring : Test_loop_1 ,  Test_loop_2 and Test_loop_3

- The 3 IO fields are linked  to these 3 tags

- I run the script with the load button

Problem: I get error discription: no tag 'Test_loop_1' when I run the script in the faceplate and the IO fields are not filled.  When I use the tags separately like smartags("Test_loop_1") it works fine but accessing the tags in a dynamized way doesn't.

When I do the same outside the faceplate ( with hmi tags,  IO fields on screen and a hmi script) it works flawless.  

Question: Why doesn't it work in the faceplate and how can I solve this without having to use tags outside of the faceplate?  It's not possible to create an array inside a faceplate?
