Dynamic path of pictures from external device

Hello all, does anybody know a trick for showing a picture file from an external source? Pictures to be shown are not preloaded into the project but stored on external source (eg USB stick). I've tried with Web browser in PC, but the picture doesn't fit. I've tried also with Media player, but in this case without success. The objective is in a MTP1200. Any ideas? Thank you. |

Hi, The Graphics View element can only display graphics that are included in the compiled project. The Web Control object can access files in the home folder or on an external storage device. However, the performance of the Web Control is inferior to that of the Graphics View. And the Web Control on the UCP cannot access external files when accessing the Runtime via the Web Client. Hello I tested it on a Unified Comfort Panels to open a graphic from USB Storage with the following path in Webbrowser Control: file:///media/simatic/X61/testbild.jpg Works for me Bye murof |
