Dynamising a text field

Arm_nz Posts: 19 Rating: (1)	Hi all, Have you ever tried to get a text property to change its text at runtime on the push of a button? I am trying to insert a URL at runtime into the properties of an ActiveX object. (see screenshot) but it seems dynamisation of strings is not possible? please see the attached screenshot of a very basic C-script I have written. these are things I have tried already: -putting quote marks around the string, both " and ' -setting a string without any special charachters like \ or : -using SetPropery function on another button to change this property in vlc object <Using WinCCv11 Professional sp2 up5> Attachment v11changeStringAtRuntime.jpg (386 Downloads)
