Dynamizing text in IO Field in Faceplate

Hi everyone,

I'm working on an HMI (MTP1000), and I'm creating a faceplate that is an IO Field that shows a value from a tag (given through Tag interface) and I want to add in the IO Field, besides this value, another value from a text list.

Usually, I create a Symbolic IO Field and give it two params: text field and it's index.

Now, I want to recreate this in the IO Field in the faceplate, the result should look kinda like this:

I'm now using a script to automatically change the output format based on the variable (i followed the attatched video).
