Easy Motion Control's Block FB OutputSinamics doesn't work?

Hello, now I'm using EasyMotionControl V2.1 SP1 to control a Sinamics S110. When I call FB39 OutputSinamics and set the input "EnableDrive", the output "OperationEnabled" is not set to "1". I use message frame 3 in EMC and in S110. By the way, FB30 EncoderSinamics seems work well. I attach the project file , so please help me analysis what might be wrong? thanks.
