Arif Ahmad Experienced Member Joined: 2/16/2009 Last visit: 7/13/2024 Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Dear Member, I am using CPU314C, with easy motion software. i want to control the three feeding conveyor speed according to the weight flow rate on main conveyor. So in my hardware i am using 4 encoder and 4 inverter for each conveyor. I am little confuse to developed my application, because Easy Motion have MoveAbsolute, GearIn blocks. But in my application no positioning or Gear synchronization is required. So please help me how can i implement my application using easy motion blocks or other alternate ways. (green and blue in the picture) You only need the controller, the input, the output and the datablock(per axis). Actual I do not know how often you you need the FC_init (orange) The movement command blocks (beginning with "MC_", yellow in the pictuere) are used to send commends to a axis. You only have to copy the command blocks you want to use. But without using any positioning commend (MC_Move_... ) or MC_GearIn, I can't see a sensful use of EMC.
