The normal max frekwentie of an input is 4 Hz (See handbook). So i think the minimum time must be 0,25 sec. |

ya, that's what I figured, but the timer is looking at the rising edge. Thanks for the reply though. |

In our world there is a lot of bad elektrical signals. Think on noise and spikes on then net. Wat you want is that the LOGO switchs at goed signals at the input, not on spikes or noise. So every input has an filter, so that quick signals are ignored. Soemens has made the LOGO! for 4 Hz it is 0,25 sec. So every signal at an input that is shorter than 0,25 sec is ignored. But some LOGO! s have an speed input for counters. That input works with max 4 kHz! This input only works on couters, on onthers this inputsignals works like al the others.. What you can do detect a quicer signal than the 0,25 sec: Put the quick input to an counter. That counter counts max to 1 and then you reset this counter The resetpuls of this can you use for the Edge triggerd function. What inpunts are Quick? Its depended of your LOGO! Read the manual. Only avabele on the DC LOGO! The 230V LOGO have Not a quick input.
