If I change a value that is GMP relevant and a comment is required the message is visible in the WinCC Alarm Control Window - which is OK. But if I open the comment in the WinCC Alarm Control Window is possible to change it at any time. Is there a way to prevent changing the old comments. 2.) If I export the Alarm list in .csv the comments are not exported. Is somehow possible to do it ? Thanks for any help Attachment WinCC_Comment.JPG (228 Downloads)

Mako2 Experienced Member Joined: 11/12/2012 Last visit: 3/31/2025 Posts: 39 Rating: (3)	Hello, Thank you for the replay. The WinCC Audit addon is only for WinCC V7 or WinCC Adv V15.1. I am using WinCC Pro V15.1. The Audit is included which is OK. As I mentioned in the 1st post the "problem" is that in the Alarm View if I click on the message to see the comment I can changed it. This is not OK.

In the Audit-Trail-Database you can not change anything. Regards Georg Berghof

From the GMP Manual 6.4 Audit trail The recording of an audit trail for user actions with GMP-relevant data is implemented in the alarm system in WinCC Professional.
