There is probably a problem with the connection from PLC to its expansion cards. Please check.. 1] The push out connector plug connecting module to module, should be pushed into its partner in a secure way. 2] There should not be more cards inserted than the LOGO can handle. 3] Every EM card should receive power as required. If all else fails.. Connect & reconnect EM cards one by one to identify the problem card. Please send us another photo showing the expansion modules connected to the LOGO, if doubt remains. This forum is very helpfull. Yes the EM is for the Exspansion Module. The fault that caused this was the following: In the program for my client I have used only a basic 0BA7 module with NO exspansion modules connected to it, but in my software program I was using seven output and not four. This caused the program to go into error mode as it could not see the output on my exspansion module. I have deleted that section of the program and now the error disappeared Thanks again for all you help Herman
