Hello,

I am trying to run first time my application with simotion D445, alm and motor with drive cliq. I used an automatic configuration, and after that I would like to use control panel to check my motor.

I have following missing enables:

0 - off1

9 - infeed enable missing

17 - off2

30 - speed controller inhibited

I use bico telegram to set enables, but even if I set all enables to 1, I still have the same status.

My question is, which enables should be set, and if there is any enables interconnected between servo and infeed?

First I set enables at infeed and then at servo, and after that I tried to do it like on the following screens:

1- enables on infeed

2- status before assume control priority

3- status after assume control priority,

4- error when I want to hit nr 3 from your screen. Enable checkbox I also greyed.

r863.0 is still 0 even if I set enables.

I checked missing enables at infeed and after assuming control priority and putting 24V to x21.3  there is still

even if I put BICO telegram or PZD.

I have also following warning:

To put 1 on enable operation I set p0852 to 1 but it didn't help.

And by the way... The telegram PZD comes from simotion and there it can be modified?

today when I tried to do it, after pushing the LM button, appears fault:

immediately.

I checked voltage and there were 400V between phases.

Maybe the reason is that I didn't use an active interface module, and there are some voltage peaks.
