Encoder configuration problems

I have a SINAMICS S120 drive CU310DP and motor 1FK7034-5AK71-1DG0. This motor has Incremental encoder 22 bits with 11 bits communtation position, with DRIVE-CLiQ. I made an automatic configuration of drive using STARTER tool. As motor has DRIVE-CLiQ all the data of the motor should be correctly read, but I receive "rotary, [2001] 2048, 1 Vpp, A/B C/D R" in "Enc. type:" in STARTER's window "Configuration" and this is not correct. So the only way how to configure this encoder ir by writing in all the data or enter the right encoder from standard encoder list. I don't know much about encoders so I don't know which exactly encoder to select from standard encoder list or what are the exact data what should be entered. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance

I tried to change the encoder number but any other encoder type than the one which were set automatically, give an error! What is strange, that in STARTER the order number of the encoder is correct (1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xDxx). When I trie to configure the encoder manually, in "Select standard encoder from list Via order no." there is only 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xAxx, 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xExx, 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xGxx, 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xHxx, 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xJxx 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xSxx, 1FK7xxx-xxxxx-xTxx. Is it possible, that motor has found the encoder correctly, but in STARTER library there is missing the encoder with this number so it shows the wrong "Enc. type:"? I'm working with STARTER V4.2.0.1. The motor is working, and I can receive the signal "Encoder actual position" (r482), but the reason, why I started to search the problem in encoder is that I need to run the motor at speed from 100 to 2000 rpm with accuracy +/-1%. When the motor runs at high speed, accuracy is fine. But when I run at speed 100 rpm, the unfiltered actual speed (r63) shows an error up to 17% and filtered value (r21) approximately 3.5%. Maybe there is other parameters which should be corrected and the encoder is fine? Attachment Trace.jpg (263 Downloads)
