Encoder loss alarm and Fault IOC when energizing other drive

We are having failures by IOC in drives that are operating normally when we close the medium voltage circuit breaker of other drive from the same medium voltage bus. The IOC fault is always accompanied by the encoder loss alarm. Drive SIEMENS ROBICON PERFECT HARMONY GEN3E 3000HP 13,8KV - 4,16KV ( 6 drives, 3 per bus) motor 1913kW, 4,16kV, full load current - 310A It is happening to all drives i have, does anyone have any idea what should I check?
