I have a positioning system based on S7-1200 and Sinamics V90 + 1FL6061-1AC61-0AB1, two axes, control - Pulse / Direction Interface. similarly as in the example SINAMICS V: Controlled Positioning of a V90 with S7‑1200 via the Pulse/Direction Interface, with HMI (Set 7) for control Pulse / Direction Interface I use 2 fast digital output (for each axis), SB 1222 DC 200 kHz 6ES7222-1BD30-0XB0. the example does not use position feedback, but I would like to use signals from the motor encoder, Sinamics V90 has an encoder output (TTL 5V), 6 outputs (A+,A-; B+,B-; Z+,Z-), And I would like to read it, S7-1200 have High-Speed Counters (HSC) x6 pcs., to each HSC can connect 3 digital inputs (eg., A+, B+, Z+), for two axes I need 2xHSC (6 digital inputs), the problem is that encoder output from Sinamics V90 TTL (5V DC), and HSC S7-1200 HTL 24V DC, we have different voltages, of course I could use an additional card 5V DC (eg. SB 1223 DC/DC 200 kHz 6ES7223-3AD30-0XB0), but I'm already using SB for fast digital output SB 1222 DC 200 kHz. What can you advise me? What kind of equipment (converter TTL/HTL) required? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
