Encrypt and Dencrypt in Step5

Dear all:

  Does anyone know how to encrypt and dencrypt S5 program in step5 software just like the know_how_protect attribute in S7 program?thanks in advance.

Hello Nicholas;

There was no equivalent to Know-How-Protect in the S5 families.

The closest equivalent technique was to insert a BE instruction as the first line in your block. This would make the cone unccessible to anyone who did not have the original source.
