Entire Logo freezes into random state

I'm struggling with Logo 8 (Can't confirm rn, but 08A0 I think/guess).
Not only screen nor buttons freeze; the entire Logo freezes into random state. Screen and outputs remain as it was in the final cycle before freezing and changing inputs nor pressing buttons have any affect on it. Only powering it off and restarting wakes it back up.
This is very problematic, hence you can't build an internal system to detect the freeze.

The reason for freeze is absolutely unknown, but it has never happened in 24h since powering the system on. 

My solution right now would be entirely new Logo as a twin, that has identical inputs and software with it's sibling and both have output giving 1Hz on/off signal.
This way it is possible to build timer relay that powers off and on a Logo that misses a cycle compared to other one.
But this is expensive and unreliable solution to problem, that's sources are unknown and I shouldn't be struggling with in the first place. 

Ideas?
