equidistance bus cycle

ELSAVAN Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hello I want to use constant bus cycle for a new PROFIBUS DP network which is configured by Step7. I check the PROFIBUS DP properties ->options but no windows found by this title.I checked all profiles? Thanks

Chapter 2.4 shows you where the settings are located in STEP7 I hope this helps you further

hdhosseini Diamond Member Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 3/24/2025 Posts: 6863 Rating: (1366)	Dear elsavan please check the CPU order number your work with to support constant bus cycle time.It is ery easy, open the hardware configuration,select the CPU->DOUBLE CLICK-> GENERAL tab->SHORT DISCRIPTION. example: CPU 416-2DP (6ES7 416-2XN05-0AB0)does support this option. I think this would solve your problem. hdhosseini
