Hello, I am in a big problem about the following error Below is the fault detail of diagnostic buffer Event 7 of 116: Event ID 16# 39C4 Distributed I/Os: station Failure Address of the affected DP slave: station number: 21 DP master system ID: 1 Log. base address of the DP slave: Input address: 2046 Log. base address of the DP master: 2047 Requested OB: Rack failure OB (OB86) Priority class: 26 External error, Incoming event 12:09:31.301 AM 06/07/1999 (Coding: 16#39C4 1A56 C054 07FF 07FE 0115) PKEPLE ANYONE HELP ME. Hello Shobuj; Based on the single message you posted, your Profibus slave at address 21 has dropped out of the master's polling cycle. Please check your Hardware Configuration to identify station 21. To help you further, we need more information. I suggest you use the Save As.. button on the diagnostic buffer page. This will generate a text file containing all the logged diagnostic messages, attaching it on the forum reply should allow us to find out possible similar problems and look for a cause.
