I am going to save some data in a text file on a SD card and use "With SIMATIC WinCC (TIA Portal) on a panel, how do you access process data in a file via a script?" Topic. I have downloaded the example and when I wanted to simulate it on PC, the following error occurred, "Error #429 ActiveX Component can't create object". 

I searched forum and understood the error is due to difference in operating system (Windows CE for the panel and Windows 7 for my PC). The File Control scripts are different in windows CE and windows 7 and the example used windows CE scripts. Am I right?

I am going to download my project on a TP1500 but I want to check and debug it on the PC before download it on the panel. Is there any method for simulation on PC without any error?

No. As you stated above the "File Systems" are different and therefor you would have to change the code to work on Win 7. But then you cannot use the same code on the panel.
