The errors are due to IEC timers not possible with s7 315 ...WHERE YOU CAN USE TON INSTEAD, and recompile the error goes.

but im sorry the error Qdwstate is due to accessing of individual bit of the double word, i dont think it is possible as in s71500 ,where u can use some static structure and can move it i guess.
