You have an issue with your positioning. For the meaning of the alarm see here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109773400/127246958091 Disabling the following error monitoring will not solve the issue, but only hide its consequence (the following error). Now that you do not see the following error, you only see an issue with reaching the target position (800F). Do the traces as qwazee described, check how setpoint position and actual position evolve, check if the actor and encoder parameters are correct (and if not correct them), also check the mechanical parameters in the technology object. Also check and try to optimize the position control parameters. Then also evaluate if the currently set position monitoring parameters really make sense or if they are too small perhaps. Do all this in this order, mixing it up will not make sense. Regards, |
