error at export to memory card

Limin Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I use the COM PROFIBUS V3.3 to export the file to memory card, the error message "memory card unknow or defective" is appeared. we can read the memory card in STEP5, have the below infomation. EPROM INFORMATION MLFB NUMBER: 6ES5 374-2KH21 PROGRAMMING NUMBER: 500 SUBMODULE ID: ML5+_BST CONFIGURATION: SOCKET 1: FLASH SOCKET 2 : FLASH SOCKET 3: FLASH SOCKET 4: FLASH MODE: WORD-WORD/FILELD, AS SUBSTITUTE BYTE CAPACITY: 128 KWORDS OR 256 KBYTES -EPROM ID UNKNOWN, FIRST DELETE SUNMODULE!_ My PG is 740, os is win98. I use the com profibus to config the IM308C to do master DP. Please give me the advise to slove the error. Best regards, Limin
