Error at transfer start up data pc

KhanhVietnam Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, My turning machine was broken, it use sinumerik 802D. I reinstalled Paramater machine by binary backup file. But at Start up Data PC, the transfer has error at byte 2590( _N_CFG_RESET_INI) (I attached the picture). Please help me, or you can send to my email( khanh@iamech.com.vn) thanks alot. By default: stop bit 1 Parity None Data bitss 8 At you Stop bit - 2, Data bits - 7. _N_CFG_RESET_INI is beginning StartUp of archive. Port RS232 is switched to work with WinPCIN? Successes. I knew that Sinumerik 802D will reset when it is installed at Stat up data PC. same as it can't reset hardware? I think so, is it right? Please help me, thanks

sandeep reddy Posts: 92 Rating: (7)	dear sir, i think there is nothing wrong with ur communication setting, but with your back up file. if you are using winpcin for data transfer, you have a split aarchive option in it. by using this you can break up the total back up into different parts and can load each file individually. please try this it would help you. procedure:- 1. open winpcin software. 2. select the option split archive. 3. selcect the back up file you want to split.(copy the file into a new folder and do the selection, for avoiding confusion) and open. 4. now once you open the particular folder you find different sub folders. 5. you can load now different folders one after the other. 6. remember to take back up when it throws an alarm memory reset. with regards, sandeep

sandeep reddy Posts: 92 Rating: (7)	dear sir, default data is already available on the control. press shift + alarm, now you get a soft key at right most corner START UP SELECT IT . you get an option of BOOT WITH DEFAULT DATA . IF YOU SELCT IT YOUR CONTROLL RESTARTS ITSELF WITH DEFAULT DATA. for this your password level should be expert.
