Hi, you do right. it´s difficult (impossible) to find. In WinCC infirmation systen see Communication > SIMATIC S7 Protocol Suite > Special Functions > Software Redundancy > Error codes during connection disturbances >> Documentation of error codes > Internal error codes and constants But read the senntence ".........error code occur, that is not contained in the table, please contact the Wincc hotline" OK but by the way, it seems your communication resources at the PLC are not enough. For this see the following FAQs http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22558461 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/28288074 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22894132 i think the first FAQ is the best one |

Yes It did just that ( email yesterday) but no response yet
Yes I am working through the steps Nr 1 : Network overload : when does it become overloaded ? I am getting between 5 and 10 broadcasts and multicasts on the CP 343 lean card Nr 2 : Have done but no change Nr 3 : Have done but no change ..... Got PG 2 , OP 3 , S7 basic 4 and 3 not used this PC uses 1 pcs095 from lauer and the wincc connection ( no raw data) Nr 4 The TIP all Tags ( 48 at present) are 'one change' Strange thing is : another 315DP PLC with longer program ( cycle time is around 10 ms against 2 ms on the one with the connection problem) works well ( connections resources here are PG 1 , OP1 S7 basic 8..... According to me THIS PLC should give problems because of the OP resource is set to 1 but there are 2 devices connected Greetings Eric |

April No,no answer yet from the hotline but I will phone them .The problem could be lauer but a similar system also uses a lauer and on that one the connection is ok .The only difference is that the one is a 315DP( the problem one) and the other is a 315 I start wincc ... connection gives error but after a period of time ( anything from 1 hour to 4 hours ) the connection is esthablished and keeps on working. If production permits I will change the CPU , could be a hardware error .But It would be nice to know what gives this specific error Greetings Eric |
