Have you checked power source to your PLC If any RUN/STOP or Error ir MAINT shine then check or project is loaded to PLC can you PING to PLC? Maybe it's in STOP mode then in Online tools press RUN (START) PLC There are not much information to help you, please tell more about your problem or take pictures or something like that
