Error during loading program to KTP 700 basic DP

Good day,

During loading  program from TIA portal V13 SP1 Upd9 to KTP 700 Basic DP, the TIA portal get error Statement:

Loading will not be performed because precondition are not met

then

Error during loading  - Connection interrupted.

On KTP 700 writes: Project transfer failed.

I see KTP 700 in TIA portal but cannot dovnload the program.

I use Simatic PC adapter USB

I also tried other PC and cable

the adapter is original Siemens 6gk1577-0ab00-0aa0

This panel has version 13.00.01.

I have another KTP 700 with version 13.00.00 and this works with the same cable and PC.

The checkboy "Overwrite all" has not affect

prove your transfer settings. Which connection did you choose?

Did you click an "Transfer" button in the Start Center of the RT?

response from complaints is that the panel is OK

anyone have ideas about what to do?

this does with all panels with version 13.0.1
