on the PLC really only the 5V is active? No STOP or RUN LED?

Hi

If i saw correctly you must be using MPI port but in picture no.46  you didn't assign a network to the MPI node As you can see in Netpro window you are not connected to MPI Bus.

In the window (pic 46)  click the properties button in front of network and just assign an MPI network.

I think that would solve your problem.

First of all there needs to be RUN or STOP led on the CPU if not try to reset the CPU by M-RES and restart its power 

If then the RUN or Stop comes then check the SET PG/PC interface select MPI and then try to download

If then also its problem try downloading it with the different baud rate but the first thing is to see that RUN/STOP should come

i tried that but still no success , I Added MP1 to the CPU and saved the setting and then i tried to ,upload but again the same error i am unable to access the CPU

The stop Led is there but not captured by the camera i think it was blinking and when photo was taken it was in off state of blinking .

if STOP is blinking the something is wrong with the PLC or Card.

in this case you should try the MPI default settings to find the PLC (187,5 kbit/s)

Or remove the MMC and show if then PLC powerUp correct.

The Problem is fixed .But being a complete beginner i do not know what fixed it and what was the problem earlier . Well i think but i am not sure this is what fixed the Problem 

Set PG/PC INTERFACE > Selected PC Adapter USB A2  Auto.1 <Active >

after that i clicked on the Properties , there are two Station Parameters there 

Address - i set it to 0 

Timeout - default -1

this setting worked on the PLC i am using but i have one other PLC KIT having same CPU these settings not working on that yet  

previously when i used to hit Accesible Nodes Nothing will come up but now it shows 

MPI=2(DIRECTLY )

i Was able to download program to the PLC without making the changes you have suggested . i also think the MPI Should be assigned but it worked
