 when  I want to select motor, I have this error . what should I do?

Please provide more information.

1. Is this old running set up or new under commissioning set up?

2. If old running one, how the Fault triggered? 

3. Did you change any parameter or hardware?

4. How you are changing motor part number? On line or OFF line? Is drive pulse enabled?

1- This is new under commissioning set up

3- No I did not any change parameter or hardware, I only download default parameter to drive after seeing fault.

4-  I am changing motor part number in On line . In OFF line I can changing motor part number, but where can I download OFF line project?

Is your motor with absolute encoder? If yes, it should get detected. 

If with incremental encoder, you need to select motor article number from drop down list displayed in motor selection tab.

 My motor is incremental encoder. in online mode I couldn't select because it has error that I have shown above . in off line mode I can select , but how can I download off line project ?
